Our Story

What sets Homes by Roth apart is not just its longevity but the passion that fuels its success. The roots of the business show the Roth family's history of hard work and dedication starting with Trimline Design, an auto shop that later incorporated Trimline Construction and eventually evolved into Homes by Roth. Randy Roth, driven by a desire for success and unwilling to lead a simple life, spearheaded the expansion into home building which has since grown into one of the the longest serving, most successful home building companies in Northwest Arkansas.

The Roth family's commitment to business success and their impact on Northwest Arkansas didn't stop with Homes by Roth's establishment. As the region grew, so did the reputation of this well-respected business. Today, the second generation of Roth's, including Ashlee Roth-Meza, Omar Meza, and Julio Salinas, work alongside Randy and Jeff, continuing the family legacy.

Notably, the commitment to the community goes beyond constructing homes. Following the passing of Ami Roth, the Ami D Roth Children's Foundation was established to honor her memory. This foundation is dedicated to supporting the NWA Children's Shelter and the Children and Family Advocacy Center, reflecting the family's deep-rooted values and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children in Northwest Arkansas.
